Start your return

Select the item you want to return in your purchase history on "your account". (Click Here)

For "Try at Home for Free" customers use the Return Label Provide with the order.

Ship the item back

Use your order # as the RMA Numbers or Include your name, phone and email. Keep the tracking number just in case you have any doubts.

Receive your refund

If you do not see the charge reversed in 7 business days, ask Customer Service to step in and help.

If you are returning items on the "Try It At Home" risk-free program, click "Return Item (s)" and a pre-paid shipping label will be made

If you are returning items you purchased from our shopping cart, you have 60 days from the day that it ships. Total cost minus shipping.

"From the date of purchase in the US or Canada, Better Sleep Pillow guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions. This excludes: Damage, including, but not limited to, warping, overheating, pitting, or deterioration that occurs from misuse or abuse. Damage caused by use of the item in a Non Normal way. Damage caused by failure to follow use and care instructions. Minor imperfections and slight color variations, which are normal. Damage or defect to inner fill materials components
Better Sleep Pillow will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Better Sleep Pillow products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Should your Better Sleep Pillow require warranty service, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone or website per below for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, Better Sleep Pillow will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement product is no longer in production, one of equal or greater retail value will be given.

This product is guaranteed by Better Sleep Pillow for a period of 5 years against any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, starting from the initial date of purchase."
