How do I return a product? What if I receive a damaged product
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Please email us at returns@DeluxeComfort.com or call us at 1-800-891-0718 and we will replace it and pay all shipping costs to and from your location. Please provide on email on the email a detailed description as to what is wrong with the item as well as your order number and contact information.
Return a product:
If you receive a product and it doesn't fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Product must be in its original packaging with all Instruction/Warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. To return a product please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing returns@DeluxeComfort.com . You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All Returns must be complete within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA# may not be identified or recognized and be returned back to sender and no refund will be issued. If order is identified and order is returned without an RMA# the product being a return will be charged a 40% restocking fee and will included all actual shipping cost associated with the order.
Please Note: For products sold with promotions, coupons, or free shipping programs, you will be responsible for the actual delivery and return shipping fees that incurred to transport your item.
A 15% - 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Items not in original packaging. Items that have been used. Certain products such as bathroom safety aids, catheters, erection aids, pillows, cushions, braces, supports, pessary's, c-pap masks, c-pap chinsstraps, cast , commodes, covers, and of the LIKE, will never be a accepted return due to Michigan and Florida State Law regarding hygiene items. Special orders and any custom made product configurations and equipment, are not returnable.
Use RMA number:
The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be visible on each package. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and returned back to you. Returned products must be in new condition, in the original packaging with all paper documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Credits and Refunds:
We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at,800-891-0718 We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that it hasn't shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 6% if your order has been processed. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly. Orders for non-returnable products cannot be cancelled once shipped. Custom orders - the order is processed and assembly has begun.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel:
Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will result in 40% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an RMA number, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued.
